Shipping and Returns
Shipping
We ship using Canada Post. To keep things simple, for 1-3 shirts sent standard mail to anywhere in Canada or the US, shipping's on us. If you go crazy and order 100 shirts though, you'll probably get a call from us asking you to chip in a little more.
We'll pack and ship your goodies within 48 hours, during regular business hours (8 a.m. – 5 p.m. ET Monday – Friday, excluding holidays). We'll let you know by email when your order has shipped.
International Shipping
We're only shipping to Canadian and US addresses for the moment, but we'll be shipping to infinity and beyond in the near future.
Returns/Exchanges
Returns
To return an item for refund, you better have a good excuse. Kidding! Send a quick email to store@trainingmobs.com to request a return number. Then pack up the unwashed, unworn item you want to return along with a copy of your receipt and a description of why you're returning the item. We'd appreciate it if you'd do all that within 30 days of originally receiving the item.
Your debit/credit card will be credited back for price of merchandise only.
Exchanges
You can exchange unused items (returned in original condition) for a replacement item of equal value. If you want something that is of greater value than your original order, we'll contact you to take the balance of the payment.
If you want to exchange an item, we sure hope you've made up your mind this time. Ahhh just playin! Send a quick email to store@trainingmobs.com to request an exchange number. Then bundle up the unwashed, unworn item you want to exchange along with a copy of your receipt and a description of what you'd like to swap the item for. We'd appreciate it if you'd do all that within 30 days of originally receiving your first item.
In terms of shipping with exchanges, we'll do you a deal: you pay to send your items back to us, and we'll pay to send your fresh stuff out to you. Cool?
